Our hand-woven indoor/outdoor throws are entirely made from recycled PET bottles. The synthetic yarn is very durable and makes of our throws easy-care home accessories. At the same time, the fabric is very soft and you won’t believe it’s made of plastic.
The colours are UV-treated, so they won’t fade out in the sun. Moreover, you can wash our throws at 30°C in the machine.
As all our products are hand-crafted, they may slightly vary in colour and size.

Your order:
The minimum order per season is 500,00€/net, re-orders can be placed for 150,00€/net. The fi rst order needs to be paid in advance, after that your account will be changed to credit terms of 14 days. You will receive an order confi rmation with approximate delivery dates. Our products are carefully chosen by us and handcrafted in different countries. It is not always possible for us to manage to send all goods in one shipment..
Delivery:
As a matter of course, we are sending the goods as logistically optimal as possible. Depending on weight and volume, the shipment will be as parcel or palett. Heavy items, such as glass and ceramics are generelly shipped on a palett. The shipment cost of parcels vary depending on the weight and volume between 8-10%* of the net order value. The cost of a pallet shipment is calculated by distance. Please note that for customs we may charge you 35,00€ if necessary (this concerns for example Norway, Switzerland, certain islands and all other countries outside Europe). We ship with UPS from our warehouse in Schleswig-Holstein. Orders under 150,00€/net remain as backorder.* Costs may vary for abroad countries.

We would like to ask you to use the recommended prices. We do not wish our goods to be sold on auction platforms or Amazon.
Claims:
Claims need to be reported within 5 days after receipt of the goods. Please understand that subsequent complaints cannot be considered.

Le minimum de commande par saison est 500,00€/net, le réassort se fait à partir de 150,00€/net. La première commande doit être payé à l’avance, à partir de la deuxième commande nous vous proposons un règlement de 14 jours. Notez que nous n’acceptons pas les chèques! Nos produits sont soigneusement sélectionnés et réalisés à la main dans différents pays. Il nous est donc impossible de gérer la marchandise sur une longue période. Vous recevrez ainsi des livraisons partielles qui seront facturées avec les frais de transport. L’expédition de votre commande se fera par UPS dès notre entrepôt à Schleswig-Holstein.
Livraison et frais d’expédition:
Selon le poids et le volume de la commande, celle-ci sera expédiée soit par colis, soit par palette. Le coût de l’expédition du colis varie en fonction du poids et du volume, ce qui représente 8 à 10% de la valeur nette. Le coût de l’expédition d’une palette est calculé en fonction de la distance qu’elle doit parcourir. Pour la France métropolitaine il existe un franco à 1500,00€/net. Si la commande est inférieure à 150,00€/net, les articles commandés resteront en reliquat jusqu’à la prochaine commande.
Établissement des prix:
Nous vous demandons naturellement de vous tenir en grande partie à nos prix de vente. D’autre part une vente de nos marchandises sur des plates-formes de vente aux enchères n‘est pas autorisée.
Réclamation:
Nous vous demandons de nous envoyer vos réclamations dans les cinq jours suivant la réception de la marchandise. Toute réclamation devra être faite par écrit. Notez que les réclamations hors délais ne pourront plus être prises en considération.

TOIMITUS
Toimitukset Saksan (Schleswig-Holstein) varastosta. Tuotteemme on tarkasti valittu ja valmistettu eri maissa ja meidän ei ole aina mahdollista lähettää kaikkia tuotteita samassa lähetyksessä vaan jälkitoimitukset ovat mahdollisia. Jos tilauksen tai jälkitoimituksen arvo on alle 150€ , ei tuotteita toimiteta vaan jätetään jälkitoimitukseen ja toimitetaan seuraavan tilauksen yhteydessä.
KULJETUSKUSTANNUKSET
Toimitamme tuotteet aina käyttäen mahdollisimman kustannustehokasta vaihtoehtoa. Riippuen tilauksen koosta ja volyymista, toimitamme tuotteet pakettitoimituksena tai lavalla. Painavat tuotteet, kuten lasi ja keramiikka toimitetaan useimmiten lavalla DHL:llä.
Pakettikuljetusten hinta vaihtelee painon ja koon mukaan ja on n. 8-10% tilauksen tai jälkitoimituksen arvosta. Lavakuljetusten hinta lasketaan kuljetusmatkan mukaan niin kustannustehokkaasti kuin se on mahdollista.
Yli 2000€ tilaukset lähetämme ilman rahtikustannuksia.
TILAUKSEN PERUUTUS
Peruutukset tulee tehdä 2 viikon sisällä tilausvahvistuksen saapumisesta. Myöhemmin tehdyistä peruutuksista veloitamme 20% tilauksen arvosta.
JÄLKITOIMITUKSET
Jos tilauksen arvo on alle 150€ , jäävät tuotteet jälkitoimitukseen ja toimitetaan seuraavan tilauksen yhteydessä. Jälkitoimitukseen jääneet tuotteet näkyvät viimeisimmässä lähetteessä.
Jälkitoimitukset joita ei ole toimitettu 6 kuukauden sisällä, voidaan peruuttaa. Peruutus tulee tehdä kirjallisesti sähköpostilla ja jo lähetettyjä tuotteita ei voi peruuttaa.
REKLAMAATIOT
Tee mahdolliset reklamaatiot ystävällisesti 5 päivän sisällä tuotteiden saapumisesta. Tätä myöhemmin tulleita reklamaatiota emme valitettavasti käsittele. Reklamaatiot korvataan joko uudella tuotteella tai hyvittämällä tuotteen arvo.
TUKKUMYYNTI JA VÄHITTÄISMYYNTI
Liv Interiorin tuotteiden tukkumyynti tapahtuu tilaamalla Liv Interiorin tukkukaupasta tai suomalaisen virallisen agentin, HR-Livingin kautta. Jälleenmyynti muille yrityksille, kanavamyynti tai yhteisostot useammalle yritykselle eivät ole sallittuja kuin erillisellä sopimuksella.
HINNOITTELU
Pyydämme aina käyttämään suositushintojamme. Tuotteitamme ei saa myydä alle suositushintojen esim. huutokauppaverkkokaupoissa tai vastaavissa.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
Ensimmäinen tilaus on aina ennakkolaskulla. Toimitus lähtee heti, kun lasku on maksettu. Seuraavat tilaukset laskulla 14 päivän maksuajalla toimituspäivästä laskien.
